LIMITED WARRANTY

Stone Software is pleased to offer it’s customers a 30-day warranty.
Stone Software licenses this product to the purchases on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, either express or implied with respect to the product, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchant ability or fitness for any purpose. The purchaser (and not Stone Software or it’s representatives, dealers, distributors, or suppliers) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction and any incidental or consequential damages including lost time, profits, damaged corporate image, or data, even if you advise Stone Software (or it’s representatives, dealers, distributors, or suppliers) of the possibility of such damage. The only remedy under this limited warranty is replacement of defective media or refund of the actual amount paid, regardless of the form of the claim, the only liability Stone Software will have to you or any other person or entity will be limited to the amount actually paid for the product. Some states do not allow the limitation of remedies, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Stone Software reserves all rights not specifically granted. Stone Software may have patents and/or pending patent applications covering subject matter in this document. The furnishing of this document does not give you any license to these patents.

The 30 day warranty does not apply to products sold at a discount. Returned products must be in good condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please call Stone Software or the representative from which you purchased the product to arrange any returns. Out of warranty/unauthorized returns will be refused. This software is licensed to you for use by only one person per license at a time. You may copy this software for archival purposes to protect your investment and corporate data. You may also allow others to use this copy of the software, so long as it is used by one person at a time. This software is protected by U.S. and International Copyright law and cannot be copied or otherwise be made available to more than one person at the same time, without violating the law. Giving or otherwise transferring of all your rights to the software to someone else will not violate copyright law, if you give all of the software and documentation (including the license) to that person. To allow more than one person to use this software at the same time, you can purchase additional licenses for each person. If this software is an upgrade version of software that you previously acquired, you have not acquired two different rights to use this software and it’s earlier version. This upgrade and the earlier version together constitute just one copy of the software and must be used by one person at a time (or transferred together to one person). Except as described in this license, you may not transfer, rent, lease, lend, copy, modify, translate, sub license, time share, electronically transmit or receive, or decompile or reverse engineer this software or the media and documentation without the express written consent of Stone Software.

In order to take advantage of all the features of Sales Navigator, all of the below hardware and software must be installed, tested, and useable. Stone Software suggests you install and test each item prior to installing Sales Navigator
